Cornflour: This one is optional too, and I skipped it that time.

Place every spice into a small bowl and stir until everything is evenly blended. Pour the mixture into a dry spice jar or a sealed, airtight container.
Use about 2 tablespoons (roughly 30g) of the seasoning for every 1 pound (450g) of ground beef, which matches one store-bought seasoning packet.
How to Store It
A homemade taco seasoning mix can keep for as long as 6 months. Just make sure to note the expiry dates for the individual spices so you can decide how long to store it.

- ½ teaspoon Chili flakes optional
- Cornflour optional, use ½ Tbsp.
