Air Fryer Fish Finger Wraps
How to Cook Air Fryer Fish Finger Wraps – Detailed Step-by-Step Instructions
The full, simple directions along with the measurements can be found in the recipe card at the very end of this article.
Step One
Warm up your air fryer to 200 degrees C and program it for 12 minutes. Should your air fryer lack a preheating option, set it to 14 minutes, then place the fish fingers in after two minutes so it has a moment to reach the right temperature.
Step Two
Gently place the fish fingers into the basket.
Step Three
Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes, turning them over halfway through with care. I personally don’t always bother, though flipping usually helps you achieve a more uniformly golden fish finger.
If you choose to turn them, use silicone tongs.
Step Four
Spread a tortilla wrap with sweet chilli sauce, then add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and finish with a small drizzle of mayo.
Step Five
Add the fish fingers, but only after confirming they’re steaming hot.
For accuracy, I suggest using a food thermometer and putting them back in the air fryer if necessary.
Step Six
Roll the wrap tightly. I keep one side slightly open so I can pack in even more!
Alternatively, you can return the wrap to the air fryer after rolling, with the seam facing downward, and cook for 1–2 minutes to crisp the wrap and help it hold its shape.
